Staff

Do you want to get to know the staff working with us? Here they are!

Luis Fernando Paez and Constanza Duffo
We are from Colombia and Argentina and we have been involved with YWAM for 10 years working in many DTSs and with the arts. We have a passion to affect society in the areas of the arts and entertainment. Luisfer has been involved in drama and theatre, and Coti is a singer and loves to play the piano.

We have been in Sweden since 2007, first in Dalarna and now in Stockholm. We want people to serve God with their talents in the arts by going out into the world and showing God’s heart, principles and values. We believe that God has a tremendous plan for the nation of Sweden, and we want to be a part of this through giving what we have, our gifts and our hearts.

Joy Axelsson
I am from the USA and married to Rickard, who is Swedish. I have two young children. I have worked with YWAM for over 15 years in Asia, USA and Europe. I have been involved in different ministries over the years such as evangelism, discipleship and teaching.

I came to Sweden in 2004 to work with YWAM Stockholm. I primarily teach the Bible in churches, Bibles schools, home groups and YWAM schools including the School of Biblical Studies in Sweden and other countries. I teach on different topics and Bible books. I also teach people how to study the Bible through the Inductive Bible Study Method. I enjoy share the Bible with people and seeing how their lives are changed as they study His Word.

Tjebbo and Ans van den Eijkhof
We are from Holland. We have 4 children and have lived in Sweden for 25 years. In 1984 we joined YWAM and did our DTS at Restenäs, YWAM’s biggest training centre in Sweden. We lived there for 7 years and were involved in leading schools, hospitality, base and national leadership. In 1991 we moved to Stockholm where we have lived ever since. We have a heart for the poor and needy and are involved in Mercy Ministry projects in Latvia and Africa.

Tjebbo has a heart for big cities and for finding a strategy to influence society with the principles of the kingdom of God. Tjebbo is very involved in “The Jesusmanifestation, which is an event where Christians from all over Sweden come together to proclaim and worship Jesus. He is teaching in many different countries about influencing cities with the principles of God’s Kingdom. Ans is working part-time in a hospital and is using her medical skills on the mission field in different ways.

Wilberforce Nsereko
I’m from Uganda and I’m married to Lillian. I did my DTS in Stockholm in 2004 and have been here ever since. I’m involved in African missions in Stockholm and in Uganda. I also organize football tournaments among different nationalities in Stockholm as a means to share the Gospel. I like starting new and challenging things, mobilizing and gathering people for God’s purposes, and preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ. I like to talk, joke and live a simple life. You do not have to make an appointment to meet me, and this might be why I am late for meetings. I love people who know that with God everything is possible.

Hans Schut
Me and my wife have 2 kids, and we are involved in YWAM Stockholm. We came to Sweden in 1992 where we first joined YWAM Restenäs, the University of the Nations campus on the west side of Sweden. There we were involved in mobilizing and training in the areas of Frontier Missions and the DTS. In December 1999 we moved to Stockholm to be part of setting up the DTS schools in Stockholm.

My dream is to see Europe reached with the gospel again together with Christians from Asia, Africa and South America and to see multicultural churches planted in all the big cities in Europe.

Louise Gustafsson
I’m swedish and have lived in Stockholm since 1997. God and the church have always been very natural parts of my life since I grew up in a Christian family. I knew early in my life that I wanted to follow Jesus and that He had a wonderful plan for my life.
I love to tell people about Jesus, what a great God He is, and how wonderful it is to live in a close walk with Him. I did my DTS in Stockholm in 2001 and since then I’ve been staff with YWAM Stockholm. I’m a pioneer and love to see things take shape. I am involved in leadership, evangelism, and teaching. I also enjoy worshipping the Lord and praying for a world in need!
